• Fully comply with all legal obligations,

• Report any situations that conflict with ERDE Kalite’s code of ethics and working principles or general ethical standards,

• Act impartially, fairly, and equally towards all institutions and organizations we serve,

• Do not misuse ERDE Kalite’s position or authority unfairly against individuals or organizations,

• Strictly adhere to all legal requirements related to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection,

• Report any observed safety violations during their work to ERDE Kalite or site safety officers,

• Report any observed environmental non-compliance to ERDE Kalite or relevant site authorities,

• Keep confidential all private and sensitive information related to the organizations they work with and do not disclose such information to third parties. This includes:

  • Contracts,

  • Financial matters,

  • Marketing strategies,

  • Operational plans,

  • Offers,

  • Personal and salary information,

• Refuse to receive any confidential information that is unrelated to their job or beyond their authority,

• Under no circumstances offer, approve, or commit to direct or indirect payments or material benefits aimed at influencing the procurement, execution, or evaluation of work to:

  • Institutions and organizations ERDE Kalite works with, their employees or representatives,

  • Official institutions and their employees or representatives,

  • Political parties or their employees or representatives,

• Do not accept gifts, promotions, money, or material benefits from the institutions or persons they work with or have business relations with,

• Act fully independently and administratively within their competencies in inquiries, assessments, and reporting related to their work,

• Maintain independence and impartiality in their relations with other departments of ERDE Kalite and towards the institutions they serve.
