INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING AND SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

This document has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform” to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

a) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, in a limited and proportionate manner, and for explicit, legitimate purposes. ERDE Kalite processes your identity, contact, and marketing information for the following purposes:

Managing marketing activities related to products and services,

Informing you about exclusive offers and promotions,

Conducting advertising and communication efforts,

Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

b) Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data, particularly your contact details, may be shared with our suppliers, business partners, authorized public institutions and private organizations for the purposes outlined above and to fulfill our legal obligations.

c) Collection Methods and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through electronic and physical channels such as email, SMS, phone calls, and online forms, based on the legal grounds under Article 5/1 (your explicit consent) and Article 5/2(d) (publicly disclosed by the data subject) of the KVKK.

d) Storage of Personal Data

Your personal data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the processing purposes. If you opt out of commercial electronic communications, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of your refusal, unless a longer legal retention period is required. Once the processing purposes expire and no legal basis remains, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

e) Your Rights Under KVKK

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

To request information if it has been processed,

To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,

To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,

To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in the law,

To request notification of such actions to third parties,

To object to any result that is to your detriment arising from automated processing,

To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests by completing the Application Form available on our website www.erdekalite.com.tr, or via secure e-mail, mobile signature, KEP (registered e-mail) or any e-mail address previously registered with us. Your application will be processed free of charge. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

This text is prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

With my explicit consent, I hereby authorize ERDE Kalite to:

Inform me about special opportunities, products, and services,

Send promotional and advertising content,

Deliver communications such as newsletters, updates, and celebratory messages,

Use my identity, contact, and marketing information for marketing and promotional purposes, and send me commercial electronic messages via my preferred communication channels, including SMS, email, phone calls, automated calls, social media, and online advertising networks.
